• Rates are not applicable during special celebrations, or major events including Pharmaceutical and Oil & Gas conferences held in the vicinity.
• No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made up to 3 days prior to arrival.
• Check in time is after 1500 hrs and check-out time is by 1200 hrs.
• Extra bed is chargeable at RM120 nett per bed per night which includes buffet breakfast for one (1) person. Applicable to Superior and Deluxe Rooms only.
• Tourism tax of RM10 flat rate per room per night will be imposed on all foreign guests. It can be settled upon check in and is not included in the quoted room rate.
