Chef Alfie’s New Twist

Announcing our newly-appointed Chinese Executive Chef Alfie Hoh Fee Theng. He helmed numerous international and local chain hotels and now at Xin Cuisine, diners can enjoy his innovative cuisines.

Chef Alfie translates classic home-style recipes into modern interpretations. He and his culinary team passionately prepares each dish with new elements, adding accompanying sauces to make each dish uniquely favourable. “Cooking sauces is the essence of fine gourmet dining,” Chef Alfie quotes.

Sample new dishes like baked sea prawn with sake, baked lamb chop with Szechuan sauce, egg noodles with XO sauce, deep-fried egg white soufflé with red bean paste and crispy sweetened yam sandwich amongst others.
