DELICIOUS BEEF WELLINGTON

Tuck into a traditional favourite, beef Wellington. It makes a perfect main. A simply awesome dish with a glass of good wine.

Chef Geoffrey Dingle from Spices Restaurant uses Australian beef tenderloin. The whole tenderloin is made as individual portions. Beef tenderloin with duxelles is coated with puff pastry and baked. Spices’ exquisite dish is served along with green asparagus, your choice of sauces – black peppercorn, truffle sauce, cabernet, wild mushroom, wasabi pepper and red wine béarnaise.
