Braised Seafood in Claypot

Savour delicious braised seafood in claypot this September at Xin Cuisine.

Our Sous Chef, Chef Goh Meng Chuan has created a new claypot dish consists of three types of seafood, tiger prawns, fresh scallop and garoupa fish fillet. Other ingredients include tomato, pumpkin, tofu and chicken stock. All items are braised together in chicken stock before being served in a claypot. Enjoy this nourishing dish on its own or with a bowl of steamed white rice and other side dishes.
