Aromatic curries and delicious deep-fried seafood are abundant this month. Chef Rogayah Sharif and her team whips up a mouthwatering menu each day. Three different menus featured during dinner. The spread is inspired by the dishes made back in their kampung.
Titillate your taste buds with the famous kari kepala ikan, daging masak hitam, kurma kambing, puyuh goreng berempah, sotong berkuah, asam pedas ikan or telur ikan goreng. There is also some vegetable dishes to go along with the curries like peria goreng, bendi goreng. Other items include salted egg, raw green chilli and papadom. There are three rotation menus.
