Savour delicious braised trotter with mustard greens Szechuan style or also known as ‘kai choy chee sau’ this August at Xin Cuisine. The trotter is boiled for three hours together with special ingredients like dried chilli, plums, peeled tamarind, pickled mustard leaves or ‘za chai’, deep-fried garlic, onion and chicken soup. Next, the trotter need to be braised with mustard greens for another half an hour before being served in claypot.
