This ‘melt-in-your-mouth’ stuffed duck takes six hours to cook over a charcoal stove, and is an elegant dish fit for a king – the perfect centerpiece dish for special occasions. The stuffed duck is stuffed with eight types of treasures – dried mushroom, button mushroom, pork belly, Chinese sausage, salted egg yolk, carrot and glutinous rice. It is then sewn up to seal in the ‘treasure’ and then slowly steamed to perfection.
