CLASSIC BEEF WELLINGTON

This savoury recipe combines beef loin, mushroom duxelles, wrapped in puff pastry and baked. It looks like a million dollars and tastes like heaven it is perfect for birthdays and other special occasion like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s/Father’s Day.
Chef Geoffrey Dingle from Spices Restaurant uses Australian beef tenderloin. The whole tenderloin is made as individual portions. Beef tenderloin with duxelles is coated with puff pastry and baked. Spices’ exquisite dish is served along with green asparagus, your choice of sauces – black peppercorn, truffle sauce, cabernet, wild mushroom, wasabi pepper and red wine béarnaise.
