Ole Mexico. Fiesta every night with Mexican Nights at Concorde’s coffee house, Melting Pot Café. Head to our great buffet where you can find Mexican offerings during dinner throughout July 2010.

If you have a taste for adventure, do sample few simple and traditional dishes that are almost always excellent and not too spicy. Burritos, salsa, fajitas, chips and dips. It is run of the mill, Mexican fare. Its cuisine of this sunny country is rich in history, flavour, contrast, texture and colour.

The Mexican Nights food promotion will see loads of tempting dishes like burritos, quesadilla with choice of stuffing chicken, beef, chili con carne, Mexican rice with chicken. Save some room for Veracruz style red snapper, chicken fajitas, Mexican rice, BBQ spare ribs, beef or chicken enchiladas. Accompany your mains with colourful salads – the special black bean salad, prawn salad, taco, corn or healthy zucchini salad.
