Luscious Green Tea Tiramisu Cake

May unveils a toothsome mousse cake. This sought-after green tea tiramisu cake will titillate your taste buds which is a must-try dessert.

To prepare this lip-smacking dessert, first step is to prepare the green tea mousse. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until fluffy. In separate bowl, beat egg yolk with sugar until it becomes light yellow. Then fold in the mascarpone and mix evenly. Next, dissolve the gelatine over hot water and add in a bit of cream. Not to forget the green tea powder, mix it with water and finally add it into the mousse mixture.

To assemble the cake, place a layer of green tea sponge as the base and followed by a layer of mousse. Repeat the step for the next layer and chill the cake for three hours. Then, coat it with the cream and spread with crushed green tea sponge around the cake evenly. Finally, decorate the cake with chocolate décor as finishing. Enjoy every bite of soft green tea tiramisu and be pleased by the irresistible aromatic green tea flavour.
