A special celebration for an incredibly special women – it’s Mother's Day! Come dine in Concorde because the way to mother’s hearts is through her stomach. At the Concorde, we have specially prepared wonderful Mother’s Day meals at Melting Pot Café and Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant on May 8 & 9, 2010.

Amuse her precious taste buds with mouthwatering buffet high tea and dinner at Melting Pot Café on May 8 & 9, 2010.
For the high tea buffet, try New Zealand oyster, Thai seafood salad and assorted sashimi, roasted pumpkin with smokey turkey as starters or mulligatawny, for soup. Then drift away with our delicious ayam madu, braised beef rib in BBQ sauce, deep-fried crab with spices, prawn in red curry and the amazing wok-fried black pepper loh see fun. End the meal with sugary, praline caramel nut, chocolate raspberry cake, assorted kuih, tow foo fah and many more on the list.
As for Mother’s Day buffet dinner, with over 120 dishes come indulge with marinated Japanese octopus, wood ear mushroom with prawn, vegetarian shark’s fin soup as starters and head to our popular ‘teppan theatre’ salmon fillet, percik tikka in skewer, nicely carved roast rib eye of beef and Peking duck and few selections of pasta. End your meal with an array of tempting desserts like tiramisu or durian cake, cream caramel, local apam balik and ice-cream for the loved one.
Mothers will receive a rose, a half kg mother’s day cake as a gift of gratitude from Concorde. There will be an exciting cupcake decorating competition for all moms to participate! And as the family dines, they will be entertained by Batak strollers, Begema 5. Buffet high tea is priced at RM69.00++ per person and buffet dinner is priced at RM95.00++ per person. Scrumptious Mother’s Day Set Menus
Master Chef Foong and team have whipped up two special 8-course set menus specially prepared from the heart and served with touch of love for dearest mom on May 8 & 9.
The first set menu is tagged at RM838.00++ per table. Savour fresh tiger prawn salad with two varieties of appetizer, braised shark fin soup with dried seafood and fresh crabmeat, roast duck with Szechuan sauce are some of the recommended dishes plus double-boiled water chestnut with white fungus.
Alternatively, enjoy five happiness combination platter, stewed dried seafood and oyster with Chinese white cabbage, stir-fried sliced pomfret and crispy bone, baked king prawn with cheese, double-boiled Shanghai glutinous rice in syrup are among delicacies available in the second set menu priced at RM1,088++ per table.
