(M/Pot) Just wanted to say thank you and fantastic service. I was not able to catch a flight due to a due to expire passport which meant I was very late to cancel my reservation. Usually there would have been a charge however I stay at the Concorde everytime I come to KL and explained this to the reservation counter. He was very helpful and very nicely cancelled without charge. I will be definitely staying with Concorde everytime I come to KL from now on. Great service thanks ! In fact, I'm planning another trip at the end of May and will stay at your hotel. Besides the great service and hospitality, the main reason is because of your crossroads band, the celestial band. They put on a great performance and are very entertaining. Its mainly because of your band that I will be coming back. I've also searched on google and have found video clips of them that reminds me of my stay at concorde. They do a great job for your hotel and I've referred 2 friends that have already stayed at your hotel in the last 2 months. Cannot wait to come back and watch them again in May! The stay was great. Even if there were some renovations going on that was mothing that boarderd us. The compansatio with the excellent food was superb.

(Crossroads) I would always come to Melting Pot when I'm in town as it is the best coffee house in town, mainly due to its comfortable atmosphere & excellent band. Surprise cake for my hubby's birthday was unexpected.

Very good surrounding. Good service, warm staff, especially with the music that light up the night and mood after fasting Good PR by the outlet manager. Will definitely recommend to friends to dine here.

There's no place for buka puasa like Melting Pot. My family love to have the gathering here.
Overall the food was tasty. Staff were polite and service oriented. Everything is good and food was delicious. Good location, massage, Phillipino band and bar. Breakfast very good. Tried to meet manager (Robert Champion from Melbourne asked me to say hello). New website! It looks nice and informative. The photos of foods and rooms are attractive. Well done!
However, I have some comments on this new website :
1. I'm not comfortable with the font, dazzling font type and color (grey color)
2. The homepage photos of Tapas Tempters ,Gourmet Set Menu and Drinks for All Seasons aren't clear, not so attractive compared to the food photos in the photos gallery.
3. The photos of dining's page are nice, the smiling restaurant staffs look natural and friendly. it could be better if the food photos are in color, cause food are not tasty without color. :)
4. The rooms & suites look comfortable, I'm sure will recommend it to my friends.
best regards. Rooms are cleaned but still need improvement for standard room especially toilet. Breakfast was great,a lot of varieties and delicious.Been recommending to relatives and friends,since the day i stayed in concorde in 2005. overall is SUPERB |
