Xin Cuisine has a 360 seating capacity. An elegant Chinese restaurant serves nouvelle Cantonese cuisine and Hong Kong dim sum with the right ambience. Four private dining rooms are available. Another attraction – the Noodle Bar serves various types of noodle dishes, congee and other specialties during lunch. Entertaining, soothing sounds played by resident artiste on traditional Chinese musical instruments - pipa and quzheng.
