Concorde’s Melting Pot has a new menu. Its All Day Dining menu boasts delicious, mouth-watering, melt-in-the-mouth dishes.
Executive Chef Arthur Heng and his dedicated team have successfully planned a great menu… filled with myriad of textures and flavours both in the local and western cuisine. Portions are big no doubt… but feel free to enjoy more items.
First part of menu brings you to starters with interesting choice of taco salad, Norweigan smoked salmon and a special creation of Degustation 4 (combining servings of chicken chimichangas, spicy fish farce in lemongrass, buffalo wings and prawn wanton). Next, order yourself a sweet, sour popular tom yam talay which is served in a mini burner claypot. Must-try mains like reuben sandwich, assorted tea sandwich board, mee soto, Hokkien mee, Singapore fried mee hoon, nasi dagang, beef cheek rendang, mix & match pizza, pasta aglio olio e peperoncino and spaghetti talay. Melting Pot’s signature dishes can still be found in the menu. Who can resist all time popular Hainanese chicken rice, Penang char kway teow, MP Club Sandwich, house noodles, mee mamak and nasi goreng coupled with a glass of teh tarik. Guests will also be delighted to know that some of the new items have also been included in Melting Pot’s Quickbites menu, served during the supper period.
